33 Acres

33 Acres is a great micro-brewery in Vancouver BC Canada. Our USk group met here, sat at long tables, drank beer and drew ever increasingly wondrous drawings of each other.

Cluny Bistro & Boulangerie

In the Distillery district in Toronto. The old Gooderham & Worts distillery, a huge complex of old brick buildings, once one of the largest distilleries anywhere. Now shops. galleries, restaurants, coffee shops etc.I bought a few bottles of their Canadian Rye Whiskey myself.

A quick look across the street

On Saunders Ave in Toronto near Queen St West and Roncesvalles. Roncesvalles is called Roncy which for some reason tickles my fancy.

Jazz

The Vancouver International Jazz festival. One of the venues is in the huge, old Canadian Pacific Railway Roundhouse in Yaletown, Vancouver BC Canada.. Dark, big wood beams overhead, cool.
