Seattle Workshop - I went to a great three day drawing workshop in Seattle presented by Veronica Lawlor and Margaret Hurst of Dalvero Academy. I was in the midst of people who can really do it, especially the young people who were there. My stuff is not even in the ballpark, but so what? I loved it!

I remember these drawings! they are so good! You did fantastic work, and hope you continue. Ronnie and Margaret's teacher Dave Passalacqua, whom I was lucky enough to study with too, used to say: "Drawing is about mileage on the tip of your pen" No shortcut-just do it!

"Mileage on the tip of your pen", that is great. Yes, I'm gonna put more miles on my pen. Thanks Julia.
